Welcome to Sycamore & Tamalpais Parks
Storybook living with a wonderful community atmosphere
Sycamore Park and Tamalpais Park offer storybook living within walking distance of Downtown Mill Valley. These adjacent neighborhoods are like a modern-day Leave it to Beaver with a hip spin. Sycamore and Tamalpais Parks are located on the east side of Mill Valley’s town square in an area originally known as The Flats. These flat, cozy neighborhoods offer incredible convenience and a true sense of community. Homes include renovated and expanded early-20th-century cottages alongside elegant Victorians and classic ranch and craftsman homes. Tamalpais Park is north of Sycamore Park and generally has larger homes, though both neighborhoods rank highly among Mill Valley’s most desirable communities. This is the kind of place where you can knock on your neighbor’s door to ask for eggs or milk. If you value a community that is walkable, flat, cozy, and intimate, then this is the area for you.
No matter which neighborhood you live in, you can walk, bike, or skateboard through narrow tree-shaded streets to school, downtown, parks, and restaurants. Miller Avenue has a
